Arranging/Buying Blue Verification Tick for Instagram

I have a client from the mass-media circle, plentiful TV apparitions, used to work in the mass media now became a tailor and dresses well known public personas and provides the clothes for various TV shows.
Want to get a blue tick, I’ve tried just applying with no results. He is willing to buy it off someone, or buy someones service for it.

If your client has other social media accounts like a facebook page or twitter that has more than 100k followers or fans then you can use it to convince IG for a badge.

I’m not sure if someone is selling service like that here but if someone sends you a private message then make sure to do some research about the person you are dealing with first.
