I’ve also noticed that some people have lost their verified badges. (Most of them D list celebs or youtubers/bloggers)
It’s happening to me as well. I think IG is disabling a lot of fake accounts recently because I’ve been using the same routines and actions as before so I haven’t made any noticeable changes.
This is getting Crazy. Today 2 of my clients account followers are dropping real hard.
No I haven’t. I usually use my slaves to do the job for the mains. One fall I just create more. The unbanning process can be a long jouney. I rather spend a few minutes creating new slave accounts.
Ofcourse if anything happens to my main account I will have to go through the whole process
I’m doing Follow/Unfollow on my clients. My clients say all the followers I gain for him are gone. What’s really happening here?!

Yes, which is why it is really odd.
if It helps, I’m also gaining more slowly. And something weird is going on with hashtags (probably because people at IG aren’t working as much due to covid).

No, never bought Fake Followers. Everything is organic from F/U.
Bots can still follow you (you don’t have to necessarily buy them.) It might be a glitch then, I’ve read on reddit some users saying that Instagram unfollowed some accounts they were following (like their friends) without them ever clicking the unfollow button.
This also happen on this account, my following list decrease without me doing any unfollow.
