Hey guys, maybe you know where could be the problem. I have one client and i have auto-views enabled from JAP panel for his acc. All was great, but suddenly he started getting no views, even though subscription on JAP panel is active , but each time he makes a post on ig - an order is started on JAP but it gets cancelled. Tried talking to their support, but cannot find an issue.
For other of my clients auto-views are working without any issues.
Do you have any idea where could be the main problem? What could be wrong with my clients account? Let me know, thanks!
