Hello all, does anybody know the reason for this error? i have been fighting it for over a year, tested every setting possible to try and bottleneck it, tried different proxies, made sure the EB and API are not doing actions at the same time.
All I do is scrape then follow on that same account, if i setup scrapers they get the same issue
Absolutley stumped and the suggestions made from the devs have not helped either, it’s like it only me who has this issue
You have been flagged by the platform, try using an anti detection browser.
This looks more like Instagram detecting account, session, device, browser/app, or behavior signals than proxy choice; isolate it with scrape-only and follow-only runs while keeping EB and API completely non-overlapping.
- Record the exact checkpoint: login, first scrape request, during scraping, or first follow.
- Use separate fresh controlled sessions: one scrape-only, one follow-only, same proxy and timing.
- Repeat both on previously challenged sessions.
If fresh sessions pass but old ones fail before either action, the persistent fingerprint is the variable. An anti-detection browser can be a useful comparison for device/session fingerprinting, not a fix by itself.
