I think that only the JV administrators are able to say whether Facebook can prosecute them, whether they have the evidence and reasons and whether they want to - maybe they’ve already had warnings. But if Facebook wanted to shut down JV, wouldn’t they be their first targets rather than another Spanish service that is less bigger?
At our level, we can only speculate but I’m not sure we’ll be able to draw conclusions and guess the future.
Besides, I don’t know the sites mentioned in the article, does anyone know more about these people and this file?
