You can use Jarvee to schedule your posts to FB groups. I suggest posting to 10 groups per account and then over time you can increase it to 20 groups per account. I recommend using a couple of different post captions so that you avoid posting the same text over and over again.

What proxies do you use to work with facebook and jarvee?
For proxy you will need to use in most situation 4 g but it may work in some situation as well with ipv
