Best practices for BIO and PROFILE PIC?

I’ve been browsing and searching through the forum for the last 20 minutes and there is no dedicated discussion on what makes a good profile pic and bio… so I’m going to start one

It goes without saying that everything should be customized to the niche but what are some of the best practices you use for bios and profile pics?

Is it best to stand out, blend in, short bio, long bio, etc.?

I’ve personally tested graphic vs real picture for the profile and so far I’m finding it best to go with a graphic (probably because it stands out more).

For the bio, I try to keep it short and someone original / witty + always add a call to action to either follow, check out the site or what have you. CTA is crucial. I generally avoid using too many emojis (more of a personal preference).

Since I use it mostly for CPA, I prefer graphics. I don’t see how anything else would suit there, especially in my niche.

Real pics, especially female pics work for promoting adult offers.

I don’t use emoji’s in my bios. To be honest, I don’t see any benefit, maybe I’m wrong, but if someone visited my profile and it’s interested in what I’m offering, he’ll click that link whether the emoji is there or not.

Emojis in captions are different thing, they help getting users attention and makes them focus on caption too, not just the pic. And in the end, the caption, if written properly, will make them visit your profile.
