Best way to get in contact with IG?

How’s it going. One of my clients got locked out of their account. They don’t know the email associated with their account and cannot get the 6 digit code sent to them to get back in. Does anyone have a contact with Instagram or a method they have used to get in contact with them?

Thank you! Their account didn’t get deactivated, they just can’t login to it

Check email if there was any activity, like change mail or log into account.

check if username exist instagram.com/username

Try to reset password
