Without being snarky, I’d say INSTAGRAM. Do a good job and the sponsors will find you. Your instagram feed is your portfolio.

Try to find websites where you can sell shoutouts, for example: https://shoutcart.com and https://www.buysellshoutouts.com I didn’t test any, but try to do some research about similar website and if you have good accounts you will surely find people who will pay you to promote their stuff.

you can also try searching around Instagram for brands that seem to be sponsoring other influencers in your niche. then hit them up in the dm and pitch them.
