Block Tool Jarvee Question

Hi - maybe one of you guys can answer this:

I blocked accidentally 500 users in a client’s account by mistake using the Jarvee block tool.
When I go to unblock each one manually in their tool it says in Jarvee Summary that it made the user unblocked but they are not showing up in Instagram for the client. Does this tool still work to unblock?

I believe so. It’s a client account.
