how do these bots make comments bold or cursive?
Maybe copy paste or custom fonts?
Just like those guys who put custom fonts in their bio,can you show us an example?
I guess this is some private tool and not Jarvee.
You can find bold font generator or cursive font generator on Google 
then copy paste it Maybe you can suggest it to Jarvee support to implement this sort of option

JV doesn’t have an option for that, but it seems interesting, I first noticed it on users’ bio and it really looks cool and attracting as Bianca said try and suggest that to JV support and see.
