Border of video when I posting from campaign

Hi guys. I have issue when I posting video from campaign. Video have white border after I have posted.Please help me setting in Massplaner to solve this problem. I don’t want video have white boder. Thank you so much!

Hi,

MP adds white borders to a video if it doesn’t have the appropriate aspect ratio.

You need to have the correct aspect ratio to avoid that issue.

I have solve this problem. I make border colour to black in advance setting of campaign. thank you so much!
