Botting block - can't follow

I am now blocked to follow since June 4th! means 11 days…!! with no way to follow anyone.

Previously the block was always 2 h. I’ve send every day a message to Insta. no reaction at all.

Any guidance; idea, etc.

The problem is very likely the new follow limit per 30 days.
