If you use JV, start very slowly and remember to never follow more than 200 per day.
1 account you should be totally fine if your settings are tuned.
Avoid using your IG app on mobile while automating. Only when nightmode is enabled or outside automation hours. This is to avoid simultaneous connection from different IPs
