There is only one legit way to be verified – request it directly from Instagram.

@Bojan_Simovic is correct. The first thing they’ll do is google your name or brand, and if there aren’t enough reputable news articles about you, it’s a no.
There are; however, ways to build sources which improve your chance of verification.
