Buy software with PayPal

I have purchased several software from some sellers with PayPal and the result is fine. Those sellers turn out to be trustworthy and helpful.

Now we are looking at one software from a new seller. The seller accept PayPal payment at a 5-day money back guarantee.

Things like software is digital product. If we do not like this software, is it convenient for us to get the Paypal refund? What if the seller does not want to return the money?

Anyone here can share some experience? Thanks a lot.
