Buying Cheap IG Accounts (For Mother/Slave Method)

My goal is to buy up to 100 Instagram accounts (and more after that) to do the Mother/Sub method on Instagram to grow my page with Jarvee.

I’m scared of getting scammed, so where can I buy these aged/warmed up IG accounts in bulk?

Any other websites/providers? Or people on here?
