They are reviewing your account and after that you might appeal. Go to the topic that says that you would see a lot of complains

Most accounts that got hit with Captcha+PV ended up getting disabled by Instagram after the 24-hours review. You can appeal through this form if your account got disabled: https://help.instagram.com/contact/1652567838289083
