Can Facebook account get disabled if I add and confirm new e-mail address?
Depends on what the Account is used for. You can always get disabled for automation. With a confirmed mail adress or not.

no, they won’t do that just because of email change. if they find suspicious activities on your account, they will most likely just lock the account and you can unlock it anytime by verifying that you’re the owner of the account.
the account will not be disabled if you change the email, disabling or blocking the account come from unnatural activities that violate FB policy and changing email address is not.
I don’t think that there’s a possibility that your account is gonna get disabled only by adding the new Email address…
It won’t get disabled but it will get locked if this is the first thing you will do after logging in.
