Yes, you should be fine. Make sure the 4G is in the same country, and even city if you want to be extra safe. I’d advise you to warm the account up again and not rush into your previous settings.

Either make your own using a Mifi dongle and a sim card from that you pick up locally. Or try and find a provider online that provides 4G Proxies from near you live.

If you live in the UK, I would advise you to get a MIFI Dongle, and use a VOXI sim card in it, the £10 package. As you get unlimited social media (instagram) use with them.
