Of course you can but I’d suggest you to use copyright free ones.

Legally no, practically not many people care/find your profiles.

Although there are some tools to detect copyrighted content the worst that could happen is that people ask you to take their picture down.

I would recommend doing what the others before me said and just generate something new OR use copyright free pictures
