An client of mine has an old account. Where he cant login anymore. He dont know the email address or the password. now he send a mail to instagram they asked for the ID. But the ID is not matching.
I reported the account with arround 50 other accounts as spam.
the problem is many instagram user are tagging the old account.
Really tricky situation, if you don’t know email and password and when the ID didn’t help.
So basically you want to get account so that it doesn’t get mentioned anymore? You can try to login multiple times in a row using the username and with any password, so maybe the account goes to phone verification, I think that account doesn’t show when it’s in phone validation state… but this is just a suggestion, not sure if this will be the outcome
If you think that your IP address is flagged and that this message means that IG is blocking you from connecting this way, you can try to get proxy and then to login again. Are you able to do other stuff online while you are getting this message from IG?
When you try to reset password, there is an option to send code via email. Click on that option, and you should see a pop up message from IG saying the code has beent sent to the email. Can your client guess the email?
Try to find the account by entering phone number your client is using, maybe it’s connected to the account your client is trying to access. IG will show you all accounts associated with that phone number and let you log in by entering verification code.
