My account was disabled a while ago after it was hacked and the hacker posted some offensive things. I had 16K followers and dedicated a lot of time to it. I have tried to appeal the ban but I have not once received an email telling me what to do. I have tried many things but just can’t get that email. Please help if anyone has any suggestions.

You just have to keep speaking and be persistent with it. Don’t give up at all.
