I can’t press next to solve captcha how do I fix this problem?
If you try to login to this account within some other browser, are you able to see the captcha? But on the same proxy that you use for this account, since proxy can create issues when not being able to load captcha.
I am not able to pass the second page to see captcha I will try to log in an from an old phone and see how much if that works

I have this same issue. Captcha box isnt showing up.
no problem hopefully they patch it asap!! in the mean time, it does work in the browser. you can try something like opera, with an internal IP rotation. just for ones that you need to get into ASAP. of course, its not something you can do in mass

I have the same issue… JV asked a bunch of questions but still not sure what’s going on yet.
They just made a teamviewer session with me today, as this is happening to everyone now. They must be patching it right now.

They already did. Like 12h ago. And they took logs and other details from me. They told me that they will start investigating. Hopefully, there is an update soon.
By the way, is good enough if all the people that are having this issue to report it to Jarvee’s team. So they will prioritize this for sure.

try to change your eb user agent to one from your computer or something else. be sure to restart after the change
