Can you Like/Follow users who view your video?

@Said @BrandonBerner @DanielAdmin

I have searched and not been able to find an answer to this question.

If I post a video on an IG account through MP am I able to automate the following/liking of users who viewed/liked the video that are not currently following my account? IG does show the users who viewed your video.

If no, does viewing a video count as ‘interacting’ with my account/post, was thinking of pasting the URL into the last follow source option in MP and try to capture those people who viewed the video that way.

Tagging a few users who may be able to help/might want to know also if this has not been answered before.

Thanks

Hi @Kittums I am not sure if you can like or follow users based on if they have “Viewed” your video, HOWEVER I do know how you can like or follow users if they have Liked or Commented on your video.

###How to Follow Users Who Liked Or Commented On Your Video

  1. Go To Tools
  2. Select the account you wish to follow the user on
  3. Click The Followers Tab
  4. Click the Sources Tab
  5. Enable Follow Users Who Interacted With A Posts On Targeted Posts
  6. In the text box enter the link to your video
  7. Start the Follow tool

###How to Like Users Pictures Who Liked Or Commented On Your Video

Just a small rectification about what you said. Instead of using the Follow Users Who interacted with a post on a target account @Kittums, you should use the option Follow Users Who interacted with a posts on target posts and add the url of your video in that list.
We dont have the option to extract users who viewed your video though. If we receive more requests about that we could add it.

Is that not what I said above?

Were you correcting a mistake I made in my previous post, or were you confirming that my post was valid?

Oh never mind, I see the difference. I accidentally used the word account at the end not the word post

Thanks for the correction.

Yes, it was a big difference as they are separate sources

Thank you too.
