The most important thing is you get an email for photo and verification request.
When they once did not reply for 1 week to my appeal, I tried to reset my IP and send another request, got their email and replied. 2 days later, I got my account back. Just keep trying.
Though I also believe that they do not care about the face much (who sent what), they care about the hand writing of your verification code. What I observed was, when my handwriting wasn’t readable enough, they did not activate my account until I sent them a different photo 5x. Also, when my face was covered with my hair, they did not activate my account until I sent them a different photo 5x. So just make sure your handwriting is clear and your face is also visible.
Its been around 17 days since i got hacked and disabled. I keep trying and the forms with the photo verification or business document verification keeps popping up and I still keep getting the same disabled response.

After sending a ban appeal with 1 email, you can’t use it again for some days.
What you can do is to use another email on the ban appeal form so the IG mail will send to this email, you can use multiple emails on same account you want to unban!
Hello. About a year ago I got my instagram account disabled. Lately I’ve been trying to get a back after losing hope for a bit. I made five different emails appealing on each one of them and sometimes not even getting a reply. Everytime I submit a new form they don’t reply back. I had that account for about 4 years. i was also having the same issue I tried another email and I got the code but after sending the pic I am not getting any answer from them and it’s been almost a week. I did a mistake and used a cheap otp from a site on a good account of mine and it’s banned and not getting recovered.
but before this i never had this issue I always got the answer this time something looks fishy on ig’s side. Maybe they changed something with the appeal form
Well, they do all the time - but this ‘issue’ exists since back in November 2020 and just got amplified since the beginning of 2021. Your account will still get rejected/unbanned without any email back. Sometimes they send a reply weeks/months later, sometimes you don’t get anything.
Hi, About the appealing form, I found this : « Always pick the United States even if you’re not from the US » I don’t live in the US, so I should pick the US from county options ? Can Instagram see my location IP ?
