Can't login to ig account

A few months ago when I was having trouble logging in I kept getting past it by following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cs1xYyudq4

Then one day I accidentally slipped and clicked “remove your email” on the verification email

I still have access to the email and phone but every time I log in it brings up this screen and the account isnt linked to any fb. Am i fked? Is there any way i can get this account back?

I think the only option right now is to manually contact support and tell them how you accidently unlinked e-mail

IMHO contacting their support is the only good option.

Have you tried submitting a support request form? I did submit the form on your behalf once. But I’m not sure if it’s for the same account.

I tried and they asked for a picture so i sent it and they havent got back to me since its been 2 months
