Are you using your phone to hotspot (wifi) or are you tethering it?
for me it worked also with non smart phone random user agent settings i tried different ones. And also the addons should be fine. But maybe things have changed and method does not work anymore. But more likely there is another problem. I used a loptop. Where exactly are you doing it? in a Virtual box ( a VM)?

Do you mean actual pv’s where you have to put your phone number or the ones where you just can press “skip for now”
Yeah if f.vision shows all that, you should try out different extensions! You could also try a different browser
