Certification required to give instagram ads?

Im trying to promoto one of my posts BUT it says “certificatin required you must certify compliance with our non-discrimination policy. visit facebook.com/certification/nondiscrimination”

However the link is not clickable and i have no idea how to obtain as there is no more information

I was able to open that link as you can see you need to accept their policy

Try to open the link in some other browser. I’m also able to see the content from the link normally.

Can you share how it looks on your end? I just tried it on both phone and PC, I can click I accept button after I scroll through their policy.
