I am looking to change my Instagram handle which i’ve had for around 18 months.
Account is at 16k followers with 8% ER
Would changing my name handle have any adverse effect on my ER (i.e. would the algorithm need to learn all about my account again)?
Has anyone done this and what was your experience?
Any recommendations for managing the change - i.e. how to stop people from unfollowing when they see an unfamilar name in their feed?
