Client's account still disabled after reactivate it with IG support

Hey guys, one of my client’s accounts got disabled,
After appealing for reactive them and attach an image proof of the client’s business I got this message:


Your account has been reactivated, and you should be able to access it now. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please visit the Help Center:


The problem is that I received the message 3 days ago and still I can’t log in to the account because I’m getting a message that the account is disabled…
I tried many times to send a ban appeal again and again but I can’t get an email from them that asking me to send images again.
What am I missing?

Keep trying to appeal it, it will work eventually. Use a different email to see if you can get the email that way.
