Are we not supposed to see stories from our friends FIRST (to the leftmost side) who added us as ‘close friend’?
Just now noticed a green ring on my friend’s story (who has added me in close friends list) somewhere in the middle among all the stories (instead of the leftmost spot).
As far as I remember, when this feature was launched, they had communicated that your story would be visible first to those whom you add as close friends.
Is it just me or you too remember something like this?

I’m not sure what screenshots you wanna see but here are some:
In the first one, I wanna show how to add someone (anyone) into your close friends list.
In second one, I you can see a story of my friend (green ring around the story) who added my account in his close friends list.
I’ve tested it also today on my accounts - can confirm. Imagine if you follow hundreds of people a day and add them to your best friends list - they will not know that, but you will get an attention when you post story. You will be shown on first position and with green circle. Actually I see some growth methods that could be applied with this feature and used by many.
I’ve tried to do that on MP but there is no such option, not even from EB
That’s not the point. Point is why did it NOT show me in the first position. Refer the screenshot I shared replying to Luca above.
Also, I am not aware of the meanings of MP & EB (if these are some terms regarding jarvee, then I am a non-jarvee user).
Maybe because you had a lot of interactions with those profiles that are displayed in the first positions. For my testings, I always appear in the first position - maybe because I didn’t have any interactions with other profiles.
