Going to start running giveaways on my IG account but was just wondering if I would be able to post the profile picture of the winners on my story and tag them on it.
If I state in my terms and conditions for the competition that by entering the competition you are allowing us the right to share your Instagram profile picture on our story. Could I still get done for copyright? even though my terms and conditions state that by entering you are giving us the right to share your profile picture only on our story if you are the winner?
Anyone know anything about this?
