Back when reddit was new, people used to offer a nickle for everyone that upvoted the post, giving away free money always works. But in the end, when you don’t giveaway the free money, people will not stick around. Hell, they usually only come for the free thing and then leave or unfollow anyways.

But in this case, he wants to promote his fb PAGE, not this specific POST.
The more comments he gets to this post --> the more viral this post goes --> the more people like his page and/or follow him on IG.
For him it works…
