If the facebook account is aged and has some posts in it over the past few years, that’s the best way to go IMO.
better if you have all email, phone, and fb verified… thats the best
By e-mail. Better if it’s a high quality mail like gmail or yahoo. Creating them by numbers is not a good thing to do as you want to remove the numbers from the account after doing a PV, because if you lost access to it you’ll have to verify with the old number and most of the times, the old number isn’t available anymore if you used a sms verification service. In the other side, if you have a sim then it’s better to have it verified, but don’t create accs by numbers, it’s just not worth it.
