I have my clients follows start around 20 a day and increase by 1 follow everyday until it reaches 150. Am I playing it too safe? lol

Nah. I would recommend starting low, 5-10, then adding 5 though.
Increasing with 15 daily follows would be safer than with only 1 follow/day lol. I recommend 5-10.

Make sure to dont follow private users because if a lot of users reject you, it can raise a red flag!

I’m running what I would be a fairly conservative setup at the moment. These are just rounded figures, as I’m always as varied as possible.
My limitations
Follows: 150 - 200
Unfollows: 150 - 200
Likes: 50 - 100
Like Comments: 50 - 100
Story Views: 50 - 100

I’m at a bout 300 follows a day on one account and the other is warming up to 250. Both aged biz accounts that used to folllow 800-1000 a day prior arramegdon.

It is, which is why I don’t usually run into any issues like temporary blocks. I usually send a maximum of 30 - 40 Instagram directs a day, with highly varied spin. Keep in mind that I’m dealing with real, high end accounts who don’t have the time to respond to more than a handful of auto-direct responses in a day. I’m sure you could get away with a lot more. I read a thread recently where someone claimed to send up to 150 every day with no more than 50 spintax variations per message.
