Do you think it’s safe to delete all the post from this page ? ( We want to change all the design of the post)

Yes, of course you should be able to delete all posts from your page. You can use Jarvee’s Delete posts tool to automatically delete all posts from preferred page.
yes, you can delete them but I wouldn’t recommend deleting everything in once make sure to take your time, 3k is a big number to delete in one day.
