I have added 2 accounts to JV two months ago, and only started actions now. they both works fine.

I added 3 accounts 2 days a go and actions was blocked after around 100 follows, 20-50 a day.

So I think new phones need to have decent time to be trusted now. can client wait a month? if it will work, why not!

Start slower: 5-10 follows a day and increase slowly after 2-3 days.

For new accounts start slow, starting with 100 follows a day is way too much.
