So that how they can tell same person is behind two different accounts ?
your phone/computer leaves a browser fingerprint, maybe ip same, there are a lot of things which fb tracks. Thats why people who run ads on fb use softwares like Multilogin to keep their tracks covered.
Perhaps the issue was triggered by being connected to the same account from multiple different devices/IP addresses?
