Do Pending Messages Users Get Re Scraped If Deleted?

So I have some pending messages in the pending messages list but I want to change the message that is going to be sent. I cant do it one by one cause theres a lot across many accounts but If I delete all these pending messages will they be re scraped and added again to be sent to these same users? Or will these users never be added again and be lost for sending messages to? This is for send messages to new followers.

Or is there an easier way to get your new message implemented to all these pending users?

use the Export all option then edit the messages from the Excel file then import them again, it will be easier that way just copy past within the excel file.

You can also get the list of users in the extract users tab

Those users will be extracted and added again to the Pending Send Messages section.
