Yep same problem tried to reset password by logging in on phone it says user not found

I remember having a lot of problems with mail.com. Not so much with the Instagram accounts. But with mail.com itself. Banned mail.com accounts, verification emails not arriving etc.

Try to stop the account for a few days and reset ID Device.
