Does Facebook limit the number of group posts? How many group posts can you post in a day?

Start with 10 per day per account and make sure there’s at least 1-hour delay between posts. After a couple of days increase to 20 posts per account. Use spintax.

Does the Facebook group post have the above? I have an old account. I used to post manually. Recently, I often receive such prompts.
