I made a python script to send DM’s to a list of user. So i have 5 different accounts, sending DMs. Im wondering if i should use proxy ip’s for all of them?
It’s always a good idea to use different IP for each of your accounts.
Does Instagram trace IP addresses when sending DMs?
- You have to login to accounts to send DMs so of course it does.
Bro, def use proxy (4g, don’t be cheap) and don’t forget to spin the message
Just like everyone is saying different IPs and spintax for sure. You don’t want to risk all of the accounts going down.
Of course IG tracks your IP, and it’s not the only parameter IG can track, there are a ton. But these are harder to hide,
Definitely use different proxies if you’re starting out
This is one of the main reasons why automation is not as easy as before Good luck with finding the solution that will work for you, there are some great info that you can find here around the forum
IG will definitely track your IP and 5 accounts from one IP is a little bit much better to have 2-3 max so yeah, proxies should help you.
Yeah as the others mentioned IG 100% traces your IP so you should preferably use a different one for each account.
You can split one IP for 2 accounts if it’s not too spammy and if both accounts are warmed up properly
