Does MP still work? I need automation for my clothing brand

I’m looking to grow my brand following with accounts that will actually be interested in my product. I have used MP successfully in the past, but don’t know if it still works the same and if there are any threats to my brand IG account if I use MP. I am ok with slow and steady growth, so I would just run MP directly with my brand IG on my personal computer. I just don’t want to manually follow/unfollow people, as that gets exhausting, so I’m looking for automation and not looking for insanely fast growth, just gradual. If anyone can please confirm before I sign up again, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I’m open to other options as well. Just want to grow my brand and obviously get sales. Thanks in advance!

MP is not a reliable current choice for Instagram follow/unfollow automation, and even gradual activity can trigger action blocks or checkpoints on a brand account; for controlled PC-based scheduling, SMTasker is the clearer fit through an Android phone or emulator. It supports follow, like, and unfollow tasks with hourly ranges, daily caps, active days, holding periods, and logs to review what actually ran. Keep the first workflow narrow: one relevant competitor or niche audience source, modest limits, and a real delay before cleanup. That gives you a clean way to judge whether the accounts reached are relevant to the clothing brand, rather than just inflating activity.
