Yes it does work. They have People that actually take Photos and send them. I used them around 3 times. Sometimes it takes a long time to unban any account but that is not their fault. Instagram takes a while sometimes.

I got my doubts.
I’ve used them before, and got my accounts back only when I manually appealed, and they don’t show proof of any emails they’ve sent, so you really gotta trust their word…
