Does scrappers work well with DC proxies?

does scrappers work well with DC proxies?

im curious too, lately my scrappers die very fast, does hq proxy can make live them longer or i need hundreds scrapers for few main accs to make it work?

I have tried multiple DC proxy providers, private, HQ ones, and 4G scraper proxies - at the end of the day, they cracked down this week on automation, some of my scrapers go down instantly - 12 hours. Not even worth it anymore lol

how many scrappers you have for each instagram account you run? I heard you need x5 the number of your instagram accounts you run.

Automation is no more an automation now,it’s become more difficult than manual unless you have a method which is undetectable up till now.

I don’t think automation is dead. Even manual growth can have problems here and there because of the limits Instagram have in place. In a couple of weeks there will be a solution for scrapers going down. Until then it will all be a journey. All part of the fun…

Automation isn’t and never will be but web based automation is not good nowedays for social media automation.

For a twist, you can automate your mobiles with the app ā€˜Automate’ or a macro recorder or with mobile testing. In short automating the device instead of automating the social media directly would be much safer and better if you know the limits, sleep time and the in’s and out’s of it.

It’s constant war between IG and bot developers haha

Automation is certainly possible. If one wants to grow an account by the thousands, doing it manually is impossible unless they have otherworldly content or if they are Selena Gomez!

But its definitely not a cakewalk like it was in say, 2018. Burn some money and most importantly time, testing different approaches and you WILL FIND a WAY! For scrapping, use a mix strategy. Scrape while the account also does some real actions like, liking posts from its feed etc! It becomes harder for instagram to detect this (Can only be done if the scrapping is done the conventional way using the follow tool)

Have you tried checking the option ā€œEnable API limitsā€ in Settings > Social Platform > Instagram tab or in the account’s advanced profile setting? I think proxy types don’t matter that much on scraper accounts but the number of api calls they make does matter.

Currently using DC proxies, two accounts per proxy. Haven’t had any major issues during months, but in the last couple of days started to get multiple PV/EV
