For many twitter accs, same like ig, can not use one same domain for several accs?
still need to redirect the followers from the slave accs to the main account?

Multiple Twitter accounts can use the same website domain; each account does not need its own. Redirecting followers from secondary accounts to the main account is optional, not required. Do it if you want to consolidate the audience; otherwise, the accounts can point to the same site and keep their own followers.
