for ccproxy. we can only use for Vmware only. and every vmware need instal win xp. if we have 500 4g dongle usb. we need to instal 500 win xp. heavy to load

I also have a question regarding the 4g proxy creation and it would be great if someone can help me out with it! 
That‘s what I would like to build together:
Raspberry pi 3b + FAN + This 9port MTT USB HUB:
Than I would like to connect 10 Huawei E3372 4G Dongles with it - so 10 Proxies per Raspberry - and connect the Raspberry with an MikroTik hAP-AC Route. After it I would configure everything via this manual:
