(For me, I stopped using hashtags in stories. Also frequency of putting story has reduced as, there’s small probability that I’ll attract new audiences)
Yes, some people still do these actions in mass. I’m just not really sure what your question is. 
Are you asking if not using hashtags in stories will have some bad influence on the account?
My question is, if stories are not getting displayed for hashtag pages, how would you view them?
Is it still possible using a bot? because for a normal user, it is obviously impossible using normal IG app.
Or do they (service providers of mass viewing/voting) do it based on profiles than hashtag pages? I mean, do their bot visit public profiles with live story and then view it?
