I have many scrapers needing email verification, but I try to “email verify accounts” and I receive the following message. Am I doing something wrong?

Please go to the Email Validation tab for one of the scrapers, then click on TEST/IMAP POP3 and send us a screenshot of the pop-up message that page along with the pop-up.
I would double check to see if they are captcha. Jarvee gives wrong information sometimes
Did you also try to verify through Embedded Browser? Might be an api issue.
Check inside the Embedded browser and see if it’s email validation request and if you are able to solve it manually first.
test and see if you get the verification codes in the email first to make sure that everything is working fine then try to verify from the EB.
